2. As shown in the diagram, a new window will appear. |

3. Press "Add" key and select "Mail" |

4. As shown in the diagram, input your name and press "Next" |

5. As shown in the diagram, input your E-mail address and press "Next" |

6a. Setup POP3 server and SMTP server: Fill in POP3 E-mail server and SMTP server and press "Next"
POP3 incoming mail server is provided by us (Usually as "mail.yourdomain.com")
SMTP outgoing mail server is given by your ISP provider (e.g.: corpmail1.netvigator.com; smtp.hknet.com) |

6b. If Use IMAP instead of POP3: Fill in IMAP server and SMTP server, and then press "Next"

7. Fill in login data and press "Next"
** Note: Fill in the complete e-mail address (e.g.: testing@yourdomain.com) into "Account Name" |

8. Press "Finish" to complete the whole process |

9. To ensure not to mistakenly delete any mails, it's recommended to use this function: Tools→ Internet Account→ Properties→ Advanced
Set up "Delivery" as per the diagram. No other modifications are required. |
