To assure the standardization of beauty courses in various branches of Monita Schools, CMM Monita Education Centre was established in 2005. Under the direct management of CMM International Group, Education Center functions as the training institute as well as the channel for further development in China. Education Center itself is composed of 5 departments, they are: Internal Training Department, Education Development Department, School Management Department, Marketing Department and Operation Department.

The 5 different department functions are as follows:
Internal Training Department: to channelize various CMM Stores.
Education Development Department: to provide training skills and courses in both HK and China.
School Management Department: to assist the development of various branches in China from planning, implementation to quality controlling and the public relations matters.
Promotion Department: to establish a positive image by organizing different functions and activities, such as enrolment promotion, graduation ceremony and sales promotion.
Operation Department: to carry out administrative, financial and human resources duties.

The 5 departments of Education Center are to entrench the future developments of Schools in China. The revolutionary project of CMM International Group underscores the operation and management so as to foster a quality professional.
