| Huawei-3Com has been named "2005 Innovative IT Company" by IDG's China Computer World Media Group, in recognition of its R&D capabilities. Huawei-3Com was among 30 China and international corporations nominated by industry experts as well as readers and then the final 15 selected as winners.
Huawei-3Com is well-known for its research capabilities and innovation. In addition to its R&D institutes in Beijing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen, Huawei-3Com has also recently invested RMB 100 million in developing product testing centers of international standard in Beijing and Hangzhou.
The award encourages and acknowledges Huawei-3Com's ongoing efforts in R&D. Huawei-3Com will continue its user-driven approach to provide customers with more innovative and competitive products and solutions.
