| 1. Choose "E-mail Account" option from Tools column |

| 2. As shown in the diagram, click on and select "Add a new E-mail Account" in a new window and press "Next" |

| 3. As shown in the diagram, select "POP3" and press "Next" |

4. As shown in the diagram, input data and press "Next"
**POP3 incoming mail server is provided by us (Usually as "mail.yourdomain.com")
**SMTP outgoing mail server is given by your ISP provider (e.g.: corpmail1.netvigator.com; smtp.hknet.com)
** Note: Fill in the complete E-mail address (e.g.: testing@yourdomain.com) into "Account Name"

| 5. Press "Finish" key to complete the whole process |

6. To ensure not to mistakenly delete any mails, it's recommended to use this function:
Tools>Account>Internet email Settings>Advanced
Set up the configuration as the diagram. No other modifications are required
