| Asia-Pacific Technology Development Limited provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of products which purchased from us. |
A) Warranty Period
Asia-Pacific provides different warranty periods for different types of products. Our warranty periods are:
LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY
Starex brand memory modules covered by limited lifetime warranty
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The following products are covered by 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase:
Aeneon brand memory modules, OEM memory modules, flash memory cards, USB drives & MP3 players
**Asia-Pacific will NOT proceed RMA service if the warranty label is removed. In case Asia-Pacific receives product(s) without warranty label, we will deliver it back to the sender, frieght collect.

B) Steps of product returns |

Please inform us invoice number and part number, and email /call us to describe the situation. You will be issued an RMA number, once the problem is confirmed. |

Upon receiving an RMA number, returned products should be shipped to the following address for:

While sending a defective product to Asia-Pacific, it is required that customers provide prepaid freight and insurance. |

Shipped products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. |

You must also include proof of the date of original purchase as evidence that the returned product is within the applicable warranty period. |

After we've received the product back, replacements will be processed promptly. |

If Asia-Pacific determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Asia-Pacific reserves the right to charge customer for parts and labor at Kreton Corp.'s then current labor rate. Asia-Pacific will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.

| C) Exceptions to the Foregoing Guidelines |
| Please noted that the defected product(s) caused by any of the following factors, Asia-Pacific is not responsible: |

Mishandling during shipment. |
| 2) |
Abuse, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by users. |
| 3) |
Not following instructions in user's manual correctly. |
| 4) |
Damage or malfunction caused by natural calamities and man-made misfortunes, power failure or computer virus. |
