Huawei-3Com recently built a Metro Ethernet network for Cifroviye Telefonniye Seti, one of the largest independent telephone operators in southern Russia. The metro network adopted Huawei-3Com's total solution of 10GE switches, Intelligent Resilient Framework switches, VPN and VLAN products.
